Services Provided

Hammond RE-Engineered LLC provides consulting services to homeowners planning remodeling projects. Consulting includes project planning, materials guidance, sequencing advice, and general support. It does not include on-site work, permit filing, or contractor services.

Not a Contractor

Hammond RE-Engineered LLC is a consulting business, not a licensed contractor. Nothing in the consulting engagement constitutes a guarantee of workmanship or a warranty of any kind. You are responsible for all work performed on your home, including obtaining required permits and complying with local building codes.

Limitation of Liability

Consulting advice is provided in good faith based on general experience and the information you share. Hammond RE-Engineered LLC is not liable for outcomes resulting from how advice is applied. Always verify local code requirements with your municipality before beginning any work.

Refunds

Consulting plans are delivered digitally. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll work to make it right or issue a refund at our discretion.
