Once the tile and vanity were in, I built the storage pieces myself out of stained pallet wood and black iron pipe. A medicine cabinet to sit above the vanity, a small shelf with a pipe TP holder, and a towel-bar shelf unit. Cheap material, but it ties the rustic-and-tile look together and it's all sized to the room instead of whatever the big-box store happens to stock.

During Medicine cabinet open above the vanity. Built it the depth I wanted, not the depth Lowe's had on the shelf.
-
After Towel-bar shelf unit on the bench in the shop. Pallet wood, dark stain, black pipe for the bar.
-
After Medicine cabinet sitting on the vanity, dry-fit before I hung it on the wall.
-
Shelf with the black pipe TP holder underneath — kept the same wood and pipe theme through the room.
-
After TP holder and shelf hung. One trip to the bathroom, everything within arm's reach.
