Patching the Trashed Drywall
July 2019 – December 2024 · 5 photos · drywall
Between tenants the walls were a mess — peeling paint that took the paper face with it, water damage at the corners, and a punched-out hole where somebody had hit it hard enough to expose the paint can sitting in the wall cavity. I cut out the bad sections, taped and floated patches, and feathered everything in so it'd disappear under primer and paint.

Before When the old paint came off it pulled the drywall face with it. That whole section needed a skim coat before any new paint went on.
