After paint I knocked out the rest of the punch list — pulled down a section of bad ceiling, hung a TV mount in the living room, ran new trim through the doorway opening between rooms, and got up on the extension ladder to patch a stucco gouge on the second story. Small jobs, but the kind of stuff that makes a rental actually rent-ready instead of just freshly painted.
