Mechanicals — Boiler, Water Heater, Panel
8 photos · mechanical
Old boiler was a Williamson, water heater was a 2008 Rheem, and the panel was a 100-amp Murray with everything maxed out. I had the gas guys swap the boiler for a Weil-McLain GWA-105N and put in a new Rheem Fury 40-gallon. Cleaned up the copper, added a proper expansion tank, and labeled the panel. Boring work that you only notice when it isn't done.

Murray 100-amp panel inside. Branch circuits were a mess — I had it relabeled and tightened.

New copper run with a proper ball valve shutoff. Old line had a gate valve that didn't seat anymore.
