The backyard had a weathered paver patio, a sagging vinyl gate, and a chain-link line on the parking lot side. I pulled and reset the worst pavers, swept new joint sand, replaced the gate and ran a vinyl privacy fence along the lot line, freshened the mulch beds, and added a hardtop gazebo with mosquito netting so the patio actually got used. New composite deck stairs off the back tied it all together.
