Tear-Off and Garage Roof
December 2020 – December 2020 · 3 photos · roofing
Pulled the roofing crew in for a full tear-off, but I staged everything myself so they could land on site and start swinging. GAF Timberline shingles, underlayment, and replacement sheathing all dropped in the front yard with the dumpster right next to it. The detached garage got its own roof in the same trip — easier to do them together than make two visits.

After Detached garage with its new shingle roof at sunset, dump trailer parked alongside.

During Shingles, underlayment, plywood, and the old torn-off wood all staged together so the crew could just work.

During Dumpster right where the tear-off would land. No carrying old shingles across the yard.
