Replacing the Lakeside Sliders

The original slider had been leaking for years — threshold rotted through, joists soft underneath, deck boards next to it spongy. I had a glass crew set the new four-panel slider; I did the demo, the framing, and the subfloor patch. Pulled the rotted threshold and joist tops, sistered new lumber in, and the new doors went in clean. View I bought the place for.
