Framing, Insulation, and Electrical
18 photos · demo and renovation
With everything stripped, I framed in new stud walls where I needed them, packed Kimsul foil-faced board and R-19 batts between studs, and ran new branch circuits to every room. Mini-splits went in for heat and AC. I had an electrician size and inspect the panel work; I ran the circuits, set the boxes, and pulled the wire.

Cast iron sash weight and rope in the jamb pocket. Cool old detail; the window itself wasn't worth saving.
