The brick gambrel had moss on the roof, aging gutters, and a flagstone patio with loose stones and a rotted-out fascia at the edge. I lifted shingles to check the decking, replaced what was rotted, and ran new white seamless gutters. Repointed mortar around the patched window and tightened up the side stoop with a temporary safety barrier while we worked. Yard got cleaned up but stayed mostly hands-off — that's a future project.
